Announcement of Lionel Reversat appointment as president of Heliatec

I am honored to announce the acquisition of Heliatec by Pelican Venture and my appointment as President.

As a long-term investor, Pelican Venture is the majority shareholder of Groupe Gorgé, a group counting 1,800 employees and listed on Euronext, whose know-how acquired over 30 years in high-tech industries and services to industry is registered in perfect complementarity with the offer and recognized business expertise of Heliatec.

Within the Engineering and Protection Services division of Groupe Gorgé, technical assistance in risk management and operational safety does indeed play a significant role. It is notably represented by Seres Technologies, the engineering company that I founded in Marseille in 2009, positioned in the nuclear, aeronautics, rail, naval and automotive sectors.

This acquisition therefore offers the opportunity to strengthen Heliatec’s industrial service offering across the entire value chain and develop its specialist know-how.

Heliatec’s ambition is to create good quality working conditions but also to make technological innovation the main leverage for growth of its activity as well as the base of its corporate culture.

Heliatec’s current sales organization will soon be joined by a Structured Projects Department (DPS). It’s mission will be to bring cross-functional excellence departments to life by sharing experience and skills now combined within Pelican Venture.

The brands Heliatec SAS and Heliatec Export will gather and become Heliatec Ingénierie, Heliatec Formation will now be called Heliatec Training Services, while EENI EU & International will keep its current name.

A new chapter in Heliatec’s history opens today.

I am impatient to open it with you, but I would also like to take the time to address the vision and the work accomplished by its founder, Mr. Baldassari, who over the course of 20 years, has been able to build a large-scale industrial company trustworthy by its customers.

At the head of the company, I will continue to put quality of service and operational excellence at the heart of my priorities. I will pursue the conditions for renewed trust and to dedicate long-term support to each of you for success in your projects.
